200 Hundred Years Ago Today Vincentian leave for America
On June 12-13, 1816, thirteen, brave missionaries Including Vincentians – DeAndreis and Rosati boarded the American ship called The Ranger and began their journey to America.
Before boarding the ship, they made one last break with their pasts. They laid aside their cassocks and donned the black suits, ties, and round hats that were characteristic of the American Clergy.
