Frs. Stone and Carven Laid to Rest

On December 9th, the day after the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, Eastern Province Provincial, Fr. Steve Grozio, CM, laid to rest the cremains of two beloved Vincentians: Frs. Bob Stone, CM and John Carven, CM.

The Vincentian Community space for reposing ashes is the altar dedicated to the Congregation’s Holy Founder, St. Vincent de Paul, in the Miraculous Medal Chapel on the campus of our former St. Joseph’s Preparatory Seminary and College in Princeton, NJ.

May Frs. John and Bob, and all the souls of the Faithful Departed, rest in peace.

(Special thanks to Fr. Frank Sacks, CM, for sharing this with us).
