Rooney, C.M. asks us to pray this statement, “We are ONE HUMAN FAMILY.” The Catholic Social Teaching principle of solidarity means we are one human family whatever our national, racial, ethnic, economic, and ideological differences. We are our brothers’ and sisters’ keepers, wherever they may be. Loving our neighbor has global dimensions in a shrinking world. What are you doing to enact this principle for yourself? for others?
